Don Fulk died last week. He will be missed in the family and in Siloam Baptist Church. Don had been very active in our church, serving in any area he was needed. He also sang in the choir. He could work magic around shrubs, roses and flowers he would plant here and there.
And he loved working with wood. I am so happy that I purchased one of his tables. I will treasure the table always.
We had a full house at the Baptist church on Sunday. Master Colton Moore was baptized at the end of the service. Many family members and some friends were there to share the event.
Jake Whitaker is a great student and athlete and loves sports. Well, now he is sidelined due to an injured knee. We send our best wishes to such a nice young man and wish for him a speedy recovery.
Well, Saturday was a fun day at my house. I don’t know what is going on, but the green beans are still blooming and bearing. I helped a lady pick two five-gallon buckets full and we were tired when we finished! Papa Bob is still watering the beans and we have had a few good showers. And you must get in that garden early! The heat is bad after a while.
I have canned a few cans of V-4 tomato juice. It is so good. I hope to do some more this week.
We have so many sick ones on our prayer list. Please remember to pray.
