The following incident/investigation reports were filed by the Pilot Mountain Police Department:
— Chase Oliver Martin, 18, of Pinnacle was arrested Saturday at Mayfest on charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. Martin allegedly struck Cody Gregory Sapp on Wednesday, March 10 on South Davis Street.
Police Chief Darryl Bottoms stated the victim was not transported for medical care from the scene.
Martin was released on a $5,000 secured bond with a court date set for July 17.
— A incident report was filed on March 10 for larceny of motor vehicle and larceny of tag. Randall Wayne Furches, 43, of Pilot Mountain was listed as the victim on the report, which noted a 2002 Toyota Sequoia SUV and dealer registration plate was taken without permission.
The report also noted the vehicle was recovered in Forsyth County.
