The following incident/investigation reports were filed by the Pilot Mountain Police Department:
— A uniform citation was issued to Travis Lee King, of Pinnacle, on May 6 charging him with operating a motor vehicle without due caution and circumstances and at a speed in a manner so as to endanger person and property.
— A two-car collision was reported on May 6 at Pine Street. Adrienne Nichole Combs, of Ararat, and Edgar Mathew McBride, of Pilot Mountain, were listed as the driver’s of the two vehicles involved. A total estimated damage to both vehicles is listed at $3,500 on the report.
— A report of damage to property was reported on May 8 at 109 West Main Street. Tina Marie Jones is listed as the victim on the report, which noted a sharp object was used to scratch her vehicle, causing a total of $2,500 in estimated damages.
— A uniform citation was issued to Lyndi Starr Lowder, of Lexington, on May 4 charging her with operating a motor vehicle without insurance and displaying a registration plate knowing same to be fictitious, and without having registered the vehicle with the DMV.
— A report of breaking and entering, larceny and breaking out of a dwelling was reported on May 3 at 319 West Main Street. Charles Stone Memorial Library was listed as the victim on the report, which noted $62 in U.S. currency was stolen and a ceiling tile valued at $35 was damaged.
— A two-car collision was reported on May 1 on South Key Street. Skylar Leigh Hamm, of Mount Airy, and Paul Michael Whaley, of Germanton, were listed as the drivers on the report. A total estimated damage to both vehicles is listed at $1,200 on the report.
— A one-car collision was reported on May 1 at 295 West 52 Bypass. Josefine Gonzalez Numez was listed as the driver of the vehicle which collided with a deer, causing an estimated total of $2,500 in damages.
