Forty-Nine alumni of Nancy Reynolds met in Pilot Mountain at the Mountain View Restaurant on April 1. Everyone enjoyed visiting and reminiscing about the “good ole days.” The event was hosted by Martha Brown and Rebecca Taylor, who also received help and advice from the former hosts, Shirley Mickey and Mycleta Burwell. Paul Hooker also created an advertising flyer for the event. Russell Brown helped setup table for name tags, programs, assisted anyone entering back door. Arlis Thomas started our program off with prayer and also assisted attendees. Joe Bailey Nunn and Rebecca Taylor led the singing of the Nancy Reynolds Alma Mater. Many classes were represented…1950, 1953, 1954, 1961,1962,1964. We were sad to learn that many Alumni were no longer with us and of Jack Bennett’s funeral also on April 1.
