Police Reports

• A vehicle collision between Mary Woods Holt and Marie Quesinberry Jessup occurred on South Key Street on June 1.

• On June 2, Carrie Wolfe reported harassing telephone calls and communicating threats from a neighbor on South Key Street.

• Two flower pots and their flowers were reported stolen from Farm Bureau on June 2.

• Buffy Crissmon Hall, of Siloam, reported the theft of 50 Winston-Salem Journal newspaper inserts, valued at $37.50, from 630 S. Key St. on June 3.

• On June 4, Pilot Mountain Shell Rapid Lube reported the theft of vehicle parts totaling $800 in value.

• A vehicle collision occurred at the Wilco Hess station on South Key Street on June 5. Shonnie William Wolfe, of Elkin, backed into the parked vehicle of Kenneth David Chandler, of Winston-Salem.

• On June 6, James Odell Joyce, 34, upon learning about a criminal summons for a worthless check, self-surrendered to the Pilot Mountain Police Department, where the summons was served.

• Larceny of the center caps on her vehicle’s wheels was reported by Shirley Mae Clement on June 7. The incident occurred at the Hardee’s parking lot on Main Street.

• The involuntary commitment of Erik J. Harrell for substance abuse and being a danger to self and others took place at an apartment on Nelson Street on June 7.
