Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I’m at Village Care in King (404B.)
Just a lady and her will to survive
You must fight just to keep alive.
I’m talking about my Mama Jennie. She is having pain in her chest and right knee. Let me know if you have a home remedy that will help her pain. I believe she would try anything. Oh, I’m Jane Nunn, Jennie’s daughter. Please keep Mama in your thoughts and prayers. She needs you right now.
Phyllis J. Southern visited Mama Jennie and surprised her with a fruit basket.
Thank you Phyllis. Mama was thrilled. The basket and all the goodies was from Phyllis and Tammy Southern and Gary and Tina Tilley. I would also like to thank everyone for all the gifts, flowers, cards and visits. Mama appreciates everything you do for her. She can’t seem to get pen to paper right now to thank you, so I’m putting it in The Pilot. Thanks you very much.
Everyone mark your calendars. This Saturday, April 24, there will be a Car Show/Cruise In given by Grant Tilley and friends. The event will be held on the property of Larry Watson on Hwy 89 (Westfield Road). The location for the Cruise In is between the Westfield Grill and the Superette. Live music, great food and lots to see. Remember this is a benefit for the less fortunate in the community. So bring out your classic or hot rod and plan to spend the day. Great fun for the whole family.
Sympathy goes to the family of Barbara Ann Bottoms. She went to the Lord April 13, 2010.
