PILOT MOUNTAIN — On Nov. 7, Pilot Mountain Youth Soccer Association hosted the Surry County Allstar soccer tournament at Armfield Recreation Center in Pilot Mountain.

During the championship game, Jefferson Boaz was noted for his oustanding goalie play, while Natalie Zackman, Karlee Easter, Gabriel Presnell and Steven Brantley played great defense to hold Dobson to no goals. Other players like Judd Goldbach, Ethan Casstevens, George Chilton and Levi Haynes offered the offense play to take Pilot to a win. It was a great team effort from everyone on the team.
