Police Reports

The following incident/investigation reports were filed by the Pilot Mountain Police Department:

— A incident report was filed on Jan. 12 at 711 South Key Street at Econo Lodge. A unknown victim was found to have appeared to have overdosed on methamphetamine. The victim was taken to the hospital and was reportedly “ok” according to staff at the police department.

— A report of larceny was filed on Jan. 18 at 804 East Main Street. Sanders Mchone Farm Service is listed as the victim on the report, which noted two wine barrel planters were taken without permission.

— A hit-and-run was reported at 801 West Main Street on Jan. 20, Ricky Eugene Hooge was listed as the owner of the vehicle that sustained the damage.

— A report of damage to property was reported on Jan. 21 at 316 East Main Street.

James Hall Davis was listed as the victim on the report, which noted an unknown suspect broke the windshield and slashed the front passenger tire.

— A report of larceny was filed on Jan. 23 at 105 East Marion Street. Dr. Patrick A. McMillan was listed as the victim on the report which noted, a trash can was missing from the premises.

— A report of forgery was filed on Jan. 14 at 204 West Main Street. CVS Pharmacy was listed as the victim on the report which noted a medical prescription was forged.

— A two-car collision was reported on Jan. 14 on South Key Street. John Stephen Pratt, of Dobson, and Lee Joseph Wilkey, of Pilot Mountain were listed at the drivers of the vehicles involved.

— A report of damage to property was reported on Jan. 15 on Old Highway 52. Pilot Mountain Rescue Squad was listed as the victim on the report, which noted a buzzard that was feeding on a deer carcass flew into the ambulance. Estimated damage total listed on the report is $150.

— A hit-and-run was reported on Jan. 15 at 650 South Key Street. Diane Wright Draughn was listed as the driver of the vehicle that obtained the damage.

— A report of injury to property was filed on Jan. 11 on Dodson Mill Road. Annette Hill Blalock was listed as the victim on the report, which noted there was damage to a window screen and glass window.

— A report of a one-car collision was filed on Jan. 13 at 524 South Key Street. Belinda Dawn Turner, of Dobson, was listed as the driver of the vehicle. The report noted, the vehicle struck a deer.

— A report of breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property was filed on Jan. 13 at 429 East 52 Bypass. Edd Lindley Tire & Automotive, were listed as the victim on the report. The report noted a Pepsi machine was damaged valued at $150 and $50 was taken stolen.

— A one-car collision was reported on Jan. 13 on Old Highway 52 Bypass. Douglas Gregory Marshall, of Mount Airy, is listed as the driver on the report. The report noted Marshall’s vehicle struck a deer.
