Police Reports

The following incident/investigation reports were filed by the Pilot Mountain Police Department:

• A report of misdemeanor larceny was filed on Nov. 18 on Dobson Court. Jeff William Lawson is listed as the victim in the report, which stated personal property was stolen to include a wallet, drivers license and social security card.

• A report of obtain property under false pretense was reported Nov. 11 on Lola Lane. Red Oak Outfitters was listed as the victim in the report, which stated three stolen checks for merchandise were passed in the total amount of $1494.68.

• A report of larceny of fuel was filed on Nov. 11 on Dodson Mill Road. Robert and Laura Brook Dixion are listed at the victim(s) on the report. The total value of fuel stolen equaled $20.

• A uniform citation was issued to Alejandra M. Fuentes Whitman, of Pilot Mountain, on Nov. 25 charging her with transporting a passenger of less than 16 years of age without having the passenger in a weight appropriate child passenger restraint system or seat belt.

• A uniform citation was issued to Jonathan Lockhart, of Mount Airy on Nov. 23 charging him with unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a street or highway at 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. Driving without being licensed by the Division of Motor Vehicles of North Carolina, driving while subject on a impairing substance.

• A uniform citation was issued to Alma Leticia Martinez, of Pilot Mountain, on Nov. 22 charging her with unlawfully and willfully operating a motor vehicle while the defendant’s drivers license and failure to report a accident.

• A two car collision report was filed on Nov. 22 at 628 S. Key Street. Alma Leticia Martinez of Pilot Mountain, and Billy Froyd Pless are listed as the drivers of the two vehicles involved in the collision. The damage estimated total is $500 to both vehicles.

• A two car collision was reported Nov. 21 on Old Westfield Road. Kamryn Alysa Semones, of Pinnacle, and Maria Esther Alonso, of Pinnacle, are listed as the drivers of the two vehicles involved in the collision. The damage estimated total is $8,500 to both vehicles.

• A hit and run was reported on Nov. 19 on South Key Street. Ronnie Genne Rich of Fort Valley, Georgia was the owner of the vehicle reported to have damage.

• A two car collision was reported on Nov. 15 on South Key Street. Ashley Dawn Mabe, of Pilot Mountain, and Becky Burke Parker, of Pfafftown, are listed as the drivers of the two vehicles involved in the collision. The estimated damage total is $2,000 to both vehicles.

• A three car collision was reported on Nov. 26 on West Main Street. Cynthia Darlene Perdue, of Pilot Mountain, Owen Nathaniel Hawks, of Pinnacle and Violet Jean Holder, of Pilot Mountain, are listed as the drivers of the vehicles involved in the collision. The estimated damage total to all vehicles involved is $5,800.
